The original AI Customer Acquisition Platform:
AI Agents for Customer Acquisition -- Superior Conversion Rates

I just finished watching this livestream (10am PT, 1pm ET).
GPT-Live-1
Full duplex, no longer turn-by-turn -- kinda a big deal around here @Symphony42ai 😎👍
This is BFF and @Symphony42ai investor @SidBanerjee -- MIT engineer and Founder with a billion-dollar exit -- visiting S42 HQ today, with a pic of his 2023 S42 HQ visit in the background while @DaveBlundin is on the big screen during the most recent episode of Moonshots :-)
Incredibly under-appreciated announcement from @OpenAI here...
Quite frankly, it means that AI startups that built moats on fine-tuned models are losing those moats. The "we fine-tuned an LLM for your vertical" startups have a MUCH harder pitch now. :-S
Conversely, this validates @Symphony42ai's architectural voice agent strategy choice. Prompt Engineering Guide doctrine, Single System Prompt architecture, no RAG, only 100% deterministic context injection.
The deliberate decision NOT to fine-tune custom voice agent models.
The decision to let the base model's general capability handle the cognitive work, with the System Prompt and Context Injection providing the deterministic structure.
In this announcement OpenAI is publicly conceding the architectural philosophy the @Symphony42ai provisional patent application is built on.
And @AnthropicAI -- the frontier lab with the strongest instruction-following base models -- never prominently offered self-serve fine-tuning to begin with.
This is Value-per-Token framework logic disguised as a pedestrian corporate notice. As value-per-token rises in the base models, the marginal economic case for parameter modification collapses.
And OpenAI — the company with the most to lose from deprecating a revenue line — is the one calling it.
Orchestration > parameter weight modification. QED
We built something at Symphony42 that wasn't supposed to exist yet — an AI Agent that sells from first ad impression and first hello to completed credit card transaction with ZERO humans in the loop :-O
I published the requisite annual Symphony42 April 2nd LinkedIn Article update today. 😎 👍
The full story of how we built it in the full article:

Symphony42 vs. 20VC Episode Analysis
Business Model: SaaS is dying; Symphony42 sells revenue events, not seats.
Architecture: Tech giants are over-reliant on single LLMs; Symphony42 meta-orchestrates across all providers.
Efficiency: AI replaces human SDRs; Symphony42 hit $1M run rate with zero payroll.
Strategy: Immediate ROI is the only "easy sell"; Symphony42’s Bundled Offering delivers instant conversion.
Future: Social agents are rising; Symphony42’s labeled data is the only durable moat for AI-to-AI commerce.
In this clip from the 20VC episode, Jason Lemkin @jasonlk makes the case for @Symphony42ai — AI Agents for Customer Acquisition (although, Jason was describing B2B whereas Symphony42 is focused on B2C with superior conversion rates).

“Traffic” = the top line of the world we live in. It’s going up.
Revenue is the driver of capitalism.
Traffic drives revenue through conversions.
AI Agents will be the conversion layer infrastructure.
@Symphony42ai AI Agents for Customer Acquisition = superior conversion QED
A highlight from this episode of AWG Welcome to...
Meta-RL = "Test-time compute as active exploration"
The model improves during deployment, not just during training.
Current paradigm:
train → freeze → deploy → observe → retrain
New paradigm:
train → deploy → learn continuously from feedback
Meta-RL transforms @Symphony42ai's proprietary conversion/disposition data from a training corpus into a real-time reward signal, making every conversion INSTANTLY improve the next interaction
:-O
Huge implications for any AI Agent use case with a "conversion rate" as a supreme metric IMHO.
Meta-RL perfectly syncs with Symphony42 positioning as a "meta AI Agent Orchestration Platform"
It also explains why @sama says:
"Do you have any idea how valuable your training data is???" in this Sora 2 video:

I asked @Grok to calculate how much it would cost-per-term-sheet for Founders seeking VC funding to use https://t.co/a6Opmy3hgN ads hyper-targeted to specific VCs recommended by LLMs -- it rigorously calculated/forecasted $7,500 :-O
