Had the flu jab yesterday and they warned me that I might get “flu-like” symptoms afterwards but to just drink lots of fluids if that happens. So now my question; does coffee count as “fluids”? 🙄☕️

@IBSnetwork Y - I think there’s a misconception partially caused by some who self-diagnose to explain a stomach upset or fatty diet, without having been to the dr about it. Some people assume I’m making a fuss about a tummy upset when I mention my IBS, when in reality it’s nothing like that.

Earlier today I read on a medical website that coffee does not dehydrate you (old wives tale apparently) AND counts towards your daily water intake!!
