mostly important and some totally negotiable green flags in people :
When you share good news, they say “sādhu, sādhu, sādhu.
they follow the middle way ..... avoiding both extremes, i double texting and ghosting.
They can recite the opening of the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta: "dveme, bhikkhave, antā pabbajitena na sevitabbā....."
they read the words of the Tathāgata.
They’ve done 111,110 prostrations for ngöndro.
If they agree to dinner on an uposatha day, they show up at 11:30am.
They keep the five precepts.
They’re not mean to you, ever.
They introduced you to the nature of your mind before introducing you to their parents

Ekāhaṃ jīvitaṃ seyyo, passato udayabbayaṃ. |

Steep your mind in the Dhamma ☕️
You don’t have to do it overnight. But whenever you come across it, take a moment to reflect & ask yourself whether it is true, applicable, rightly spoken.
A mind immersed in the Dhamma experiences bliss, lack of confusion, and lack of sorrow 🪷
