. @CityPowerJhb we are 13 days without power? I had two calls logged with you CPWEB4601961 and CPWEB4605731 (because of lack of action on the 1st). Your technicians came out on the 8th and said they need to get cables from the depot to fix the issue. They did not come back. On the 10th the very same guys came back and told me exactly the same story, that they need to go back to the depot to get cables. They did not come back. On the 11th you closed both tickets without any work being done with status "Job complete" ??? What the hell is going on with this level of incompetence? Are your contractors defrauding you claiming work was done and the tickets are then being closed? I logged another call CPWEB4617184. 13 DAYS WITHOUT POWER! Please sort this out!!
