Unfortunately, most countries that claim to care about human rights turn any humanitarian issue into an investment to achieve their own interests.
Therefore, the Syrian issue has transformed from a humanitarian issue into a buying and selling issue, with the al-Julani government making concessions day after day to buy international silence regarding its ongoing crimes.
We do not blame the criminal for his crime, he is a criminal and everyone knows that, but we blame those who shake hands with the criminal and give him legitimacy.
Everyone should know that history is being written, and shame will follow those individuals, countries, and organizations that condone crimes for some reason or for their own benefit.
Remember what Dwight D.Eisenhower said: “A people that values its privileges above its principles soon loses both.”

@EliAfriatISR We stand in solidarity with you and pray for mercy and eternal peace for the Israeli martyrs.
However, caution must be exercised regarding the border with Syria, as the Syrian army has effectively become a collection of extremist terrorist factions no less criminal than Hamas.
Young Alawite Woman Who Was Kidnapped and Released Shares Testimony About General Security Militia Involvement in Her Abduction
A 25-year-old woman named “Hala Nawras Ibrahim,” from the Alawite community, gave testimony about the circumstances of her kidnapping and detention, along with her nine-month-old baby, at the hands of the #HTS-led General Security militias.
Ms. Hala Nawras Ibrahim was reportedly kidnapped on May 17, 2025, together with her son Ali Youssef Khuzami, from underneath the Hamimim Bridge near Jableh.
Hala Ibrahim: “General Security kidnapped me and my child from under the Hamimim Bridge in Jableh. They assaulted me several times before cutting my body with razor blades.”
Hala: “When they sent me back to my family, they had shaved my head and cut my body with razor blades all over, trying to force me to sign a marriage contract with a General Security member.”
Hala: “I heard other girls screaming in the place where they were holding me.”
Hala: “They told my family to delete all the posts about the kidnapping once I was sent back after my family paid a ransom.”
-----
It's worth nothing that multiple testimonies from other released kidnapping victims reportedly point to two men, Haitham Abbas “a.k.a. Salah”, who commands General Security militias in Jableh, and someone known as Hakim al-Diri, who commands General Security militias in Latakia province, as being involved in kidnapping women across Latakia province, covering for the kidnappers, and threatening victims’ families.
They told her: “Forget your son. He’s dead.”
Nours Ibrahim was 25 when she was kidnapped in Syria taken from the street, separated from her two-and-a-half-year-old son, and left without knowing whether he was alive.
Then she saw him again.
“For these kidnapped girls, their families are their only hope.”
To every family: Don’t stop looking. Don’t stop asking. Don’t let them disappear twice.
And to every survivor: Your story does not end with what was done to you. You deserve a new chapter.
