🚨🇧🇷 BREAKING: FLÁVIO BOLSONARO HAS BEEN ORDERED TO HAND OVER HIS PASSPORTS AND CANNOT LEAVE BRAZIL

Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes gave the Senator 24 hours to surrender his Brazilian travel documents, including his diplomatic passport, plus any passports from other nationalities he may hold.

The court also ordered a migration alert, and barred Flávio from contacting lawyer and businessman Willer Tomaz.

The move came one day after Flávio lost Brazil’s presidential runoff and while he and Tomaz are being investigated in the same STF case over suspected money laundering and currency evasion.

Tomaz had already been targeted in the INSS “Sem Desconto” investigation and later moved to the United States.

The financial trail is where this gets much bigger.

Police are examining whether Flávio had operational access to an offshore company account belonging to Tomaz, while investigators have also looked at trips allegedly paid by companies linked to the lawyer.

Tomaz himself had his passports canceled, his banking and tax secrecy lifted, and assets blocked up to R$6 billion.

Flávio says he never planned to flee Brazil, will comply with the order and will challenge it in court. He claims Moraes acted after his brother Eduardo suggested he leave the country if he lost the election.
