Personally I'm not very fond of exhibitory patriotism in general, but I'm glad people can connect with something outside of themselves in a harmless way, even if it's the surface level quite often

@AileInTheValley In my circles we usually find polish americans largly ignorant, but that could be cause we only interact online. Basically we make fun of old people's facebook posts. But those pictures look cool. It does make me feel funny seeing those every-day things gentrified and symbolized
@retneysholocron I didn't know that djarik is literally the holochess from the new hope, so I really liked when I noticed the chessboard, but mando mentioning the refference by name twice kinda takes away from that
