Born in Scotland Derek Sword moved to NYC in 1995. On 9/11, Derek was on the South Tower’s 89th floor at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where he was a vice president and equity sales analyst. In honor of his 48th birthday a white rose was placed at his name on the #911Memorial.
