Because we also have a mot. for exp. discovery pending, this is significant, though she may not grant a preliminary injunction without it. That said, I’ve seen more than one case settle when a court ordered discovery.

@USCIS It is more than 6 months since we applied for #H4 extension and no action taken till now. Waive the biometrics for #H4 or give automatic extension for #H4EAD.

It should NEVER take 326 days to adjudicate an H-4 EAD, a form @USCIS claims only takes 12 minutes to adjudicate.
The H-1B filed with this was approved in January, so 9 months from that to get this.

It's time to really fight back on these intentional delays #H4EAD #SaveH4EAD
