@flyunitedng @flyunitedng it’s very distasteful when Nigerian corporate firms don’t take customer service care centres seriously. Especially when customers are paying to call you. It’s not free! Called 4 times and waited for over 30 minutes on each call. That’s over 120 minutes of my time!
