First meeting with the Cleveland RTA went super well! The idea was received well but they have several questions:
1. @molzer they wanted to know if I can obtain a copy of the agreement between you and KC to get briefed on what the agreement should look like. E.g maintenance, safety, advertising, and title to the asset?
2. Cleveland RTA uses an ad agency in the city limits so I'd need to get approval from that contractor - did you navigate something like this?
@molzer@PatCarino Another update: I have a meeting with the city scheduled for early next week to show them why this would be beneficial. Can’t wait to hear what they say and partner with them
@united If I could redesign your airline tickets, this is how I would do it. This is coming out of mere frustration when I just want to know all the information in one little place. If your customer service agent asks me for my reward number, I want to see it here. I also want to see how much I paid. I want to know when I purchased this ticket. Why is this so hard?
@PatCarino What are you trying accomplish? If you want to mail merge, there are free ways to do it by building a small script in Google sheets scripts. If you want to personalize emails, then there is a way to research. Don't pay for overpriced tools
I analyzed the Multifamily quarterly reports from 4 major brokerages and found where they agree and disagree. What I've found is that they vary widely in opinion while all being directionally correct. If you trust only one report, you might skip over a city you want to invest.
