"You know. The #bluejays. Theyre not a good team. I dont care what their record says. They have a lot of wild pitches they make a lot of mistakes in the field they dont run the bases very well. If they dont hit home runs they dont have a chance to win"
@tm1515152005 I'd say make sure to list every day even if its just 3-5. Missing a couple of days tends to lower you on the algorithm.
This one I don't really recommend but I put everything at excellent instead of NM. Don't really want to get in the debate of whether a card is NM or not.
@_bismack_ It's always just a few bad vendors that ruin it for the majority. Most of the hate at least from my experience is from vendors not giving fair comps or trying to actively scam new hobbyists rather than being at 70-80%.
@ashrobin I think this is why trade nights have become a lot more popular. its one of the few places people can make even deals, and if people insist on winning its easy to find someone else to deal with
I’d argue the age range of 35-45 is one of the most taxing mentally.
- Your parents’ age begins to show
- Friends groups splinters as some have kids, some don’t
- Careers hit hiccups or strides
- People you know die unexpectedly due to health issues
- Friends develop substance or drinking issues
I’ve noticed a general frustration in many people in this age range. They describe a pressure and overwhelming sense that things feel off or just harder.
It’s not to say all of this will happen to someone in that era, but it’s when these things tend to play out.
@Hockey_Is_All They def choked it away today but it def wasnt a layup. Just 3 months ago they blew a 8 0 lead to the yanks that nobody seems to remember because they won anyways. Then theres the 8-1 wc game, with this trash pen it aint ever a layup even at 12-0...
