Research from Stanford U: people who set and start clear goals and plans on NewYears Day are 45% more likely to achieve them than if the goals are set and started on any other day of the year. #SUCCESS #NewYearsResolution - see 3 graphics below to #motivate yourself.

Today, we're raising our glasses to #NationalBartenderAppreciationDay 🙌 Between managing inventory, memorizing recipes, and keeping customers safely served, bartenders do it all - show your thanks with an extra-generous tip or a kind word!

I have been dreading making this tweet but I have to get the word out
On the 1/12/2021 ALL of my Springbok Sevens jerseys (number 5) were stolen from a storage facility in CPT. 10 years of hard work stolen in 10 min. If you see or hear anything please please let me know.

This country, this economy, can't afford another lockdown, whether hard or soft. Let's try something else, like mandatory vaccination

I’m proud to live in a country whose scientists have consistently shown themselves to be ahead of the curve in identifying #COVID19 variants that are already emerging in far more resourced nations.

I’m perplexed and angry that their excellence and ethics continue to be punished

[Springbok Sevens @Blitzboks]

👏👏👏 Well done gents, what a performance to seal a third consecutive #HSBC @WorldRugby7s title with an 18th consecutive victory on the circuit. Champions of the @Dubai7s, the Blitzboks! #BestofUs @ASICS_ZA @FNBSA

[Bruce Whitfield @brucebusiness]

It is NOT "the South African variant..." It is "a variant first identified by South African scientists" #thatisall

@SAPoliceService I’d like to understand why these officers are only being briefed at 8:52 & were not at their posts at 06:00 this morning.

If you have something nice to say to someone, don’t wait too long. This week a much loved person passed on and with it, the opportunity to give that person a special gift passed as well.
