@CORSAIR I decided to Google the issue and tried disabling the USB Selective Suspend settings; the mouse randomly disconnects/reconnects mid-gaming, causing all types of mayhem... I have the iCUE software up on my 2nd monitor and am watching in real time the mouse just drops connection.

@CORSAIR When I boot my PC up, the mouse isn't detected as a device and doesn't work. I've tried different USB ports and rebooting; same result. I've tried my old mouse and it does not have this issue.
