Have you already heard of STEGO? It is a new R shiny application that enables the integration of TCRex predictions with single cell RNA+TCR data analyses and much more! Check it out at https://t.co/mjSKASJuPX.
Hurray! Today we reached the milestone of 100 epitope prediction models on TCRex: 93 viral and 7 cancer epitopes are currently available. Let us know which models you use and which epitopes we need to add.
Ahead of this year's #ATCR23 meeting in Antwerp, we will be organizing a short workshop on #TCR data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as @TcrexTool and ClusTCR. Free registration, but only 30 spots!

Santa Claus has come early this year with a new TCRex release: version 0.3.3! It is now possible to use files in the AIRR format and upload your own background data set for bpr calculation. In addition, the first 2 models for VZV epitopes are online at https://t.co/ZWuypN7Gzd
TCRex version 0.3.2 is a fact! Start using the epitope-TCR interaction prediction tool to identify epitope-specific TCRs in all your #AIRRseq data.
To aid in #COVID19 research, we also added new prediction models for 46 #SARSCoV2 epitopes. Check it out at https://t.co/cHp9asRkJa.
TCRex version 0.3.1 has been released. It includes a number of efficiency improvements. Check it out at https://t.co/ZWuypNphXN. More exciting updates are coming! Let us know what you are using TCRex for.
Building further on the great work by the groups of @antigenomics and @grigory_efimov , we created a TCR-epitope prediction model for the #SARS-CoV-2 epitope YLQPRTFLL for use in #AIRRseq data and #COVID19 studies. Check it out at https://t.co/ANSGKHtikL! @biominaBE@uantwerpen
The @TCRexTool paper demonstrating the identification of the epitope specificity of TCR repertoires using our prediction models and enrichment analysis approach has been published in @FrontImmunol! https://t.co/p019Q1gdGM.
A new version of the TCRex web tool has been released! TCRex can now perform epitope specificity enrichment analyses on TCR repertoires. Try it out for all your favourite epitopes at https://t.co/cHp9asRkJa.
The TCRex team is present at #AIRRC4. We will give a short talk and two poster presentations (nr. 102 and nr. 109). We are also giving away original TCRex stickers. Please, feel free to stop by to ask any questions and to get an overview of the latest TCRex developments.
The new version for TCRex has now been released (v0.2.0)!
We have updated the T-cell sequence - epitope predictor tool so that it is much faster and can now train on custom epitopes.
Give it a spin at:
https://t.co/ZWuypN7Gzd
TCRex now also provides the functionality to train custom prediction models for any epitope, provided you have training data available.
Of course, we will also strive to extend the number of epitopes for prediction as more data becomes available in the future.
@BISC_Global_USA @EnkelejdaMiho@biominaBE@KrisLaukens@chevaliersf Thanks again for your comment! This has now been changed in the latest release (v0.2.0). You should now be able to just access the tool at:
https://t.co/ZWuypNphXN
Let us know if you have any further issues.
We just released our TCRex webtool at https://t.co/cHp9asRkJa. The tool predicts TCR-epitope binding for human T cell receptors (TCRs). Full manuscript at https://t.co/q7bhKbLEpV @biominaBE@KrisLaukens@chevaliersf
