To end the final presser of the 2023 season, #TCU head coach Kirk Saarloos talked about the people behind the scenes that power the program. Saarloos mentioned the managers and bullpen catchers.

#TCU was eliminated in the College World Series semifinal after a 3-2 loss to Florida. Head coach Kirk Saarloos said the season will "never be forgotten."

Brayden Taylor said this #TCU baseball team was the "most tight-knit" group he's been around.

"Not everybody thought we were going to be at this point," Taylor said. " ... And I can't say enough about my teammates and staff and everyone who has supported us all."

Kirk Saarloos said the Frogs were "left for dead" before May and added the #TCU players should look back to the #MCWS and realize what is possible when you believe and work hard.

Last night, Kole Klecker sent #TCU HC Kirk Saarloos a text that he was ready to go. After that, the decision to start Klecker was made.

Brayden Taylor brought coach Kyle Winkler’s daughter, Kole, to the presser.

Kirk Saarloos has talked before about #FrogballUSA being a family oriented program. Obviously, good baseball is a goal. Another is to develop young men into leaders.

Brayden Taylor said he's excited to see the future of #TCU Horned Frog baseball.

I asked him about leading the freshmen, but the veteran third baseman talked about how the young players taught the veterans some lessons throughout the year.
