#TCU punter @jordysandy31 grew up in Australia before signing with TCU. Now in his senior year, he’s formed such a strong connection to the city of Ft. Worth that he’s giving back in a way that hits close to home. @TCUFootball https://t.co/OdH18A0IZZ
The best discovery of our road trip has been a musician called Ella Langley. We had never heard of her before, but after hearing her on pretty much every country radio station, we’ve become big fans. She’s basically the soundtrack of our trip.
We mourn the passing of Erick Del Campo, known to many as DJ Avenger, who passed away Saturday at the age of 44.
Erick was a beloved part of our Viva Tejas celebrations, bringing people together through his music, energy, and genuine love for our community. He also made history with us as the first guest DJ featured in our City Connect Friday series at Globe Life Field. He helped create moments of joy for fans and families alike, and his presence left a lasting impression on everyone who had the opportunity to know him.
We are grateful for the time we shared with him and the memories he helped create at the ballpark.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones during this difficult time.
WATCH from @FloTrack: @Nike pro runner @CooperLutk68303, out of Justin, missed his last day of junior year @NHSTexans to make his debut in the @Diamond_League 800 meters in Stockholm, Sweden.
The 17-year-old track phenom ran a blazing time of 1:42.70, beating former world champs and taking home the gold.
"We're just happy to come out of here with a win," said Lutkenhaus after the race. "To win in front of a crowd like this in a historic stadium... I wanted to come out here and put on for the fans."
Lutkenhaus will make his next stop in Oslo for another Diamond League meet.
