@Kyle_Sielaff Please answer this honestly. Does a pitch limit or pitch count prevent injury or even the chance of injury? We know the answer because arm injuries still happen at high rates despite the pitch count restrictions of today's game. Pitch counts are just CYA for managers. Gutless!
