Hey @vacasarentals - it’s been 15 hours since I called in some problems w/ my rental - no water in a bathroom sink, no thermostat to be found (cold) door code doesn’t work, no door keys in the laundry room as promised - on and on. Lots of promises but no action. Disappointing

@vacasarentals said house we rented for a MONTH had no issues. I chkd after seeing some neg posts. We had rats, bad locks, internet, cooktop, TV, no water in sink, more. After 2 wks, they stopped responding to pleas. Warning to vacationers.

Our last day of vacation in Marco Island, FL. NEVER, EVER book a rental w/ @vacasarentals. I will post a link to the letter I sent them shortly but during a month-long stay the property was NOT what was promised and Vacasa stopped responding to pleas for help. Shameful!

Hey @ADT! Your service is BEYOND horrible. Worse than cable. I have a problem with my system. Can't get thru on the phone - disconnected me 3x after holding 15 min @. Refers me to Chat. Well, there IS no chat on your MyADT site. Impossible to find. Time for a new security system.
