@dylanwiliam It really is. So many lessons are designed around assumptions of a certain success rate that’s way too optimistic. You and PB were onto this in Black Box.
A bit late to this one by @teacherhead but what a fabulous read. Packed full of nuggets of wisdom and practical advice. As a biologist, I particularly enjoyed the rainforest analogies! 🌳
