Fact: Burpees suck less when you do them with fellow Eagles and make every rep count for something bigger.
This November, we're inviting you to take on our WOD for Warriors in partnership with Burpees For Vets
The challenge? 250 burpees to honor all who have served our nation.
From November 6–15, knock them all out in one workout or spread them across the challenge. Rally your chapter, grab some friends, or take it on solo. Modifications are welcome, too!
Here's how to get after it:
- Join the challenge in the Team RWB app.
- Complete 250 burpees (or modified movements).
- Log your individual reps to earn your challenge badge.
- Aim to finish on Veterans Day, November 11, or anytime during the challenge window.
Accept the Mission: https://t.co/wQGf0zqDKP
Want to up the ante? Through our partnership with Burpees for Vets, you can also fundraise for Team RWB. Every $1 raised = 1 burpee owed.
Start your fundraiser and join your local Chapter here: https://t.co/V2T8xsB9FZ
250 burpees isn't easy. But showing up, doing hard things together, and honoring Veterans through action? That's what being an Eagle is all about.
Let's get after it!

GWOT 100 is a 100-mile challenge honoring those who answered the call during the Global War on Terror.
1 mission. 100 miles. February. Run it, ruck it, row it, bike it, swim it. However you move, you earn every mile.
This year's route runs through Southern Iraq. Every mile you log moves you toward a badge tied to a real place and a real story from Veterans who were there.
Registration opens Veterans Day, 11 NOV.

Let's go!
Talk about Eagle fire. 🔥🦅
Soaring Eagle Jeff Baldo just crossed the finish line at the Berlin Marathon... and he’s already set his sights on Sydney!
Jeff is on a mission to complete all eight Abbott World Marathon Majors as a Soaring Eagle, fundraising for Team RWB along the way. So far, he’s raised more than $46,000 toward an incredible $250,000 goal to support our mission.
One marathon at a time. One finish line at a time. And a whole lot of impact along the way.
Way to soar, Jeff!

30+ miles. 4 days off the grid. And just about every kind of weather Colorado could throw at them. 🏔️🦅🔥
From 17–20 SEP, a group of Eagles headed into the Rocky Mountains for an unforgettable Eagle Expedition led by Old Glory Ultra Relay runner and Eagle Expedition Guide Bill Savage.
They trekked sections of the Colorado Trail and Continental Divide Trail, hiked to an alpine lake at 12,000 feet (and yes, some went swimming 🥶), spotted two moose, wandered through golden aspens, and powered through rain, hail, snow, and sunshine — sometimes all in the same hour.
Along the way, they stayed in historic 10th Mountain Division huts, connecting the adventure to the legacy of the WWII soldiers who trained for mountain warfare in the Colorado Rockies.
But some of the best moments happened after the hiking stopped: roaring fires, card games, "gourmet" shelf-stable meals, clear night skies, and time together away from the noise.
Hard miles. Good people. One epic Eagle Expedition.
Want in? Stay tuned for your chance to apply for one of next year's Eagle Expeditions.
3,006 miles. One American flag. $1M raised for Veterans.

You know the actor. You may not know the Veteran.
Jimmy Stewart was already one of Hollywood’s biggest stars when he put his acting career on hold to serve during World War II.
Drafted in 1941, Stewart went from the Army Air Corps to the cockpit, eventually flying 20 combat missions over Europe. His military service continued long after the war, and he ultimately rose to the rank of brigadier general in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
JIMMY tells the story of the service, sacrifice, and experiences behind an American icon.
We’re honored that Team RWB was selected as a nonprofit partner highlighted alongside the film, connecting Stewart’s legacy of service with a community continuing to serve and support Veterans today.
Watch the trailer now, then catch @jimmymovie2026 in a theater near you beginning November 6. 🇺🇸
Connection matters. So does movement, community, having people who notice when you show up... and when you don’t.
At Team RWB, we bring Veterans together through physical activity and community because both can play an important role in supporting mental health and well-being.
Sometimes, more support is needed. That’s why partnerships matter.
This Suicide Prevention Month, we’re proud to stand alongside Face The Fight and organizations across the country working to ensure Veterans and their families can find the right support when they need it.
Take care of yourself. Check in on your people. Keep showing up for each other.

Hard things can show us what we’re capable of. But we don’t have to do them alone.
At the Big Bear @spartanrace, Team RWB Eagle Leader and Navy Veteran Theresa Alcazar was taking on the final race of her Spartan Trifecta: the 10K Super.
When her fellow Eagles realized she hadn’t returned, they called. The moment they heard her voice, they knew she needed her team.
So they went looking for her.
They found Theresa on the course, rallied around her, and walked beside her through the remaining miles. She crossed the finish line and earned her Trifecta—with her team beside her.
That’s what Team RWB is all about. We challenge ourselves to do hard things, but when one Eagle needs us, we show up. No Eagle finishes alone.
This week, Spartan is showing up for our community, too. During Spartan’s Week of Giving, September 14–20, Team RWB is one of the organizations they’re supporting as they work toward a $100,000 goal for causes serving kids, Veterans, first responders, and communities.
We’re grateful to Spartan for believing in the power of challenge, community, and helping more people discover what they’re capable of. 🇺🇸💪

Geoff Grant has the flag right now. Army Veteran, two deployments, and a corporate impact director at @usaa, our presenting sponsor.
That is what this partnership has looked like from the start, reach action and impact. Two hundred fifty miles, every branch represented, one flag that honors every American who answered the call.
Thanks to USAA for carrying this with us, from the first mile in New York to the last one here!
One flag, carried by many, honoring all.
Before the flag moves, there is this.
The quiet and the sun coming up as we say their names out loud.
Nobody is thinking about the miles. Everybody is thinking about who they are running for.
Day 5. Washington, DC. Track the flag at https://t.co/LeTEbPCW3E and come run some of the last miles with us.
