One Soaring Eagle. Two Abbot World Marathons. More than $65,000 raised and counting.
Jeff Baldo is going all in to support Team RWB and our mission to enrich Veterans' lives.
As a Soaring Eagle, Jeff is currently fundraising for both the Sydney Marathon and the Berlin Marathon, helping create opportunities for veterans to build connection, find purpose, and improve their health and well-being through Team RWB.
Last weekend, Jeff hosted a fundraiser, and several Orange County Eagle Leaders came out to show their support. It's a powerful example of what happens when members of our community rally around a shared mission.
His ultimate goal? Run one Abbot World Marathon a year for 8 years while raising $250K for our mission.
Thank you, Jeff, for your commitment to Eagle Nation and for helping strengthen the veteran community one mile at a time.

That's how many Memorial Minutes you logged for our nation's fallen, Eagle Nation!
For 25 days, you walked, ran, rucked, cycled, lifted, stretched, and moved with purpose. Every minute was a reminder that freedom is not free and that the legacy of those who gave their lives in service to our country will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Military Appreciation Month?
We're grateful for it.
But honoring Veterans is a 365-day commitment.
That's why we're proud to partner with organizations like Armed Forces Vacation Club. Earlier this month, their team dedicated miles during a corporate 5K to Service Members, Veterans, and Military Families.
Because appreciation isn't a campaign. It's a commitment.
6 June 1944. Operation Overlord.
05–14 June 2026. Operation OverLOAD.
This June, we honor the more than 150,000 Allied troops who stormed the beaches of Normandy during the largest amphibious invasion in history.
Your mission: ruck, walk, or hike 6 miles. One mile for each D-Day landing sector: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, Sword, and Pointe du Hoc.

What happens after the uniform comes off?
That’s the question Team RWB Executive Director Michael “Sully” Sullivan explores in a powerful conversation on the Transition Drill Podcast.
In this episode, Sully reflects on leadership, identity, family, military transition, and what it means to build purpose after a 30-year Army career that included service as a Green Beret and senior military leader.
But this conversation goes beyond military service. It’s an honest discussion about transition itself — the uncertainty, the loss of identity many Veterans experience, the importance of community, and why purpose and connection matter long after service ends.
At Team RWB, we believe no Veteran should navigate that journey alone.
Thank you to the Transition Drill Podcast for the thoughtful conversation and opportunity to share why building health, relationships, and belonging upstream matters for Veterans and their families.

From start to finish, they carried more than a flag.
At the Ogden Newspapers Half Marathon Classic, two Eagles carried the American flag across the entire course as a tribute to those who served and sacrificed for our country.
Acts like this reflect what Eagle Nation is all about: honoring service, building connection, and carrying something bigger than ourselves forward together.

This is what Eagle Nation looks like.
Over Memorial Day weekend, Veterans, service members, and supporters gathered in Colorado Springs for a 6-mile hike honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation.
Moments like these are a reminder that remembrance is not passive. It’s something we carry forward together through movement, connection, and community.

Our Executive Director Michael "Sully" Sullivan recently joined the @DeptVetAffairs to talk about one of the most important conversations facing our Veteran community today: how we help the next generation of Veterans build healthier lives after service.
In the interview, Sully shares why connection, physical health, purpose, and community matter long before a Veteran reaches a point of crisis and why organizations like Team RWB are working “left of clinical” to support Veterans upstream through relationships, movement, and belonging.
Transition out of the military changes many things. But no Veteran should have to navigate it alone.
Thank you to the VA for the conversation and for continuing to highlight the importance of Veteran wellness and community.

"I feel a responsibility to get the best out of whatever I got left because of what those guys did to make sure I could do that. I think that’s something we, as Americans, should recognize for all those who went before us."
Our Executive Director, Col. (Ret.) Michael Sullivan, lost two men under his command in Afghanistan. He never met his grandfather, a B-24 pilot killed in WWII. Every minute he moves this May is for them.
That's what Memorial Minutes is built on. This month, we're challenging Americans to move 40 minutes a day, every day, through Memorial Day. The goal? Work together to log one minute for every Service Member killed in action over our nation's 250-year history. That's 1.3 million minutes. 1.3 million lives honored.

Armed Forces Vacation Club didn't just run a corporate 5K last week. They showed up and moved with purpose for our nation's 1.3 million fallen Service Members. As a proud Memorial Minutes sponsor, their team logged every step in honor of those who gave everything across 250 years of our nation's history. Now that's Eagle Fire.
