Jeff Baldo is going all in to support Team RWB and our mission to enrich Veterans' lives.

As a Soaring Eagle, Jeff is currently fundraising for both the Sydney Marathon and the Berlin Marathon, helping create opportunities for veterans to build connection, find purpose, and improve their health and well-being through Team RWB.

Last weekend, Jeff hosted a fundraiser, and several Orange County Eagle Leaders came out to show their support. It's a powerful example of what happens when members of our community rally around a shared mission.

His ultimate goal? Run one Abbot World Marathon a year for 8 years while raising $250K for our mission.

This June, we honor the more than 150,000 Allied troops who stormed the beaches of Normandy during the largest amphibious invasion in history.

That’s the question Team RWB Executive Director Michael “Sully” Sullivan explores in a powerful conversation on the Transition Drill Podcast.

In this episode, Sully reflects on leadership, identity, family, military transition, and what it means to build purpose after a 30-year Army career that included service as a Green Beret and senior military leader.

But this conversation goes beyond military service. It’s an honest discussion about transition itself — the uncertainty, the loss of identity many Veterans experience, the importance of community, and why purpose and connection matter long after service ends.

At the Ogden Newspapers Half Marathon Classic, two Eagles carried the American flag across the entire course as a tribute to those who served and sacrificed for our country.

Over Memorial Day weekend, Veterans, service members, and supporters gathered in Colorado Springs for a 6-mile hike honoring the men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation.

Moments like these are a reminder that remembrance is not passive. It’s something we carry forward together through movement, connection, and community.

Our Executive Director, Col. (Ret.) Michael Sullivan, lost two men under his command in Afghanistan. He never met his grandfather, a B-24 pilot killed in WWII. Every minute he moves this May is for them.

That's what Memorial Minutes is built on. This month, we're challenging Americans to move 40 minutes a day, every day, through Memorial Day. The goal? Work together to log one minute for every Service Member killed in action over our nation's 250-year history. That's 1.3 million minutes. 1.3 million lives honored.
