@British_Airways disappointed to hear that even with a Dr’s letter after we weren’t able to make our holiday that you will not offer us a voucher, refund, name change or 12 months to use the value of the tickets. Are you trying to push away loyal customers?
@British_Airways because of the border force strikes we need to cancel our flight as we need guarantee to be able to get home to disabled parents. Your customer services won’t issue us with a voucher or refund. Please help us as we are loyal customers hitting a brick wall!

A massive thank you to the team and especially Jenna the incredible airhostess on our @easyJet flight EZY8465 today. Not only did we land in this crazy wind but Jenna was excellent at reassuring us all and getting everyone on and off the flight in such a civilised efficient way!
@BBCWatchdog@RingGo_parking taking a pre-authorisation of £13.82 on every parking payment despite parking charges being £1. This has to stop, holding money from customers who then have to wait for refunds?
@Tony_Devenish I would also like to question the parking charges in H&F doing from £2.40 to £6.20phr asa resident, I am appalled. Can this be fought?
