Update - 650 Cr Health Scam

Main accused Dr Vatsala Aggarwal has been granted medical bail for 4 weeks. She was the then DGHS under whom this scam took place. In spite of keeping her in judicial custody, ACB has not located the missing files.

The medical bail was granted though there is no serious ailment.

Let’s see if ACB will approach the High Court against this bail order.

The so-called mastermind “Rajiv Rangeela” has fled the country. ACB is doing nothing to bring him back to India.

It’s becoming obvious that ACB is not keen to investigate this 650 cr scam as it involves senior BJP netas.

A month ago, the BJP state president claimed this complaint was registered by CM Rekha Gupta. Now what happened to the investigation, Mr Harsh Malhotra?
