@mikehalliday67 has recently taken over the reins as Managing Director at @TFAScotland - he comes to the role with a background as a Land Agent and is a tenant farmer himself. He has previously been a Vice-Chair of STFA and is looking forward to representing tenant farmers again
We are on the lookout for four or five farmers or crofters to complete our Farm Resilience Programme groups, which get underway in Lanarkshire and the Cairngorms this winter. The groups run until lambing time and include the following:

🌟improving onfarm efficiencies to reduce costs
🌟benchmarking
🌟integrating environmental management
🌟business planning
All the support is provided free and the groups are a great social opportunity to catch up with fellow farmers over a bite to eat.
