@MikeDelpieroX@Rogers@RogersHelps@Sportsnet@Canada Counting down the days until my mobile contract runs out and I never ever have to do deal with Rogers ever again. I know my $156 a month is a drop in the bucket but it’s going to feel good leaving them.
@FrammaZamma@Rogers Seconded. They are awful to deal with. It’s all AI and online bots. The customer service is horrendous and they rely on you to do your own servicing of your account on their app. If you make mistakes they don’t have your back. Buyer beware with this company.
After @RogersHelps completely ignored my DMs and mentions, I have finally gotten through to the Roger’s help centre. This after weeks of calling only to be told call volume is too high and automatically disconnected. Now I have been waiting for 45mins after calling at 9am! Crazy!
@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply Eric. Is there a mechanism in place that allows me to speak to a person on the phone (non-AI) in a reasonable time frame?
@MikeDelpieroX@Rogers@RogersHelps And after waiting 2 hrs on hold they just disconnected my call due to call volume. I will call again tomorrow and keep screen shots for evidence.
@MikeDelpieroX@Rogers@RogersHelps Assuming that is outlined in the Telecommunications Act? I’ll give it a read. It would be nice if there was a legislative requirement for them to provide a human interaction.
1 hour and counting. @Rogers@RogersHelps All this to speak to a human and not some virtual chat or AI voice. If you’re an up and coming company, this is an epic failure in customer relations.
