The NFL was reportedly so impressed by EA's pitch about the coming years of Madden that they extended the exclusivity agreement 6 years in 2020. And yet EA continues to hit new lows with the series. In review scores and completely inept support of the game.

This year for #Madden23 CFM has been a real disgrace. From draft issues, progress not saving, 31/32 bug to now you can't even access your leagues at all. We've only got thru 1.5 seasons in 5 months

@MaddenNFLDirect We had games not being saved. Draft not working correctly the 1st 2 seasons. The scenarios looping since LAST madden. Now you’re saying the issue stems from people logging in at a certain recent time period when the game was already messed up. Not making much sense try again EA.

@EAHelp Leah, thanks for your response. I’ve been following that thread since our league became unavailable. The last time it was updated was almost 2 days ago. CFM has not been fixed and there is no communication as to the problem, nor is there info on if/when a resolution may happen.

4 days with no access and no real updates about when it might get fixed. On top of the previous CFM problems where they were down for multiple days. Our CFM has be “unavailable” for almost 2 weeks in December. Smh.

@MaddenNFLDirect We are also still unable to get into our CFM. This is the 3rd time this has happened. In 4 days we have 2 messages that say you are aware of problems and are working on it & that is was fixed, which it’s not. Meanwhile, we cannot play. @EAHelp

@MaddenNFLDirect I’ve never seen a video game company have users locked out for 3+ days with no explanation or timeframe. The presents situation is one thing but having users locked out is completely different. This is urgent EA and i know i’m not the only one waiting.
