This is how H1B, H4EAD, OPT, CPT, E3, TN, and J1 visa holders get jobs in America. They use proxy interviews with remote work options. 95% of remote interviews are done using AI tools or someone else speaking from behind the laptop while the person in front just moves their lips. In some cases, one person does the interview and another person gets the job. The actual work is done by offshore workers in India through screen sharing after work hours.

This type of proxy interview has been happening since 2000. It started with telephone conversations, then moved to WebEx, Teams, and Zoom meetings. These people get jobs in America with fake resumes, fake degrees, and proxy interviews—stealing American jobs and livelihoods.

Now America needs to act:

✅ Cancel all EB-2, EB-1, and EB-5 green card backlog applications—most are fraud.
✅ Stop family sponsorship visas.
✅ End birthright citizenship for children of temporary workers.
✅ Recover stolen PPP funds from H1B fraud consultancies.
✅ Put H1B fraud owners in jail.
