Covering Kingsville budget deliberations today. This chart is a breakdown of where tax dollars go. Proposed increase to municipal rate is 3.8 per cent. Education rate is dropping 5 per cent. County rate up 1.5 per cent. Overall rate increase is 1.9 per cent.
