$PLTR is highest SaaS quality vs $CRM $NOW $CRWD 🧵

Dr. Karp is an unique CEO in the best way. He did not spend years trying to look like a normal SaaS founder, and that used to count against @PalantirTech . Wall Street wanted the polished enterprise pitch; he went direct and DPO, kept the culture on buidling products that are 5-10yr ahead, and bet that AIP would matter more than being liked on the conference circuit. Looking at the last print, that bet is landing. Commercial is compounding at a pace the big SaaS names cannot touch, margins are fat on a GAAP basis, and the company is generating cash like a mature software business while still growing like an early one. That does not happen by accident. It happens when someone is willing to look stubborn for years and then suddenly the model works. Bears can still argue the stock is expensive. Harder to argue that, under Dr. Karp, Palantir is the one setting the new SaaS standard.

1. Latest quarter revenue growth:
PLTR +93% to $1.94B; CRWD +26% to $1.47B; NOW +24% to $3.99B; CRM +11% to $11.35B.

PLTR is in a different league on speed; the others are good businesses growing like mature software, not like a platform still doubling.Fastest segment: PLTR U.S. commercial +149% YoY and +28% QoQ. That is the quality tell. Growth is not being propped up by one lumpy government deal; commercial demand is accelerating at scale.

2. Forward guide:
PLTR ~82% FY growth; CRWD ~24–26%; NOW ~21–22.5%; CRM ~11–12%.
Street usually fades “one hot quarter.” PLTR raised the full year by a lot. The others raised modestly or stayed in their existing lane.

3. GAAP profit:
PLTR 47% operating margin and 55% net margin; CRM 20.5% GAAP operating margin; NOW profitable but much thinner on GAAP; CRWD barely GAAP-profitable. Comment: Non-GAAP can flatter everyone. On actual reported earnings power, PLTR is already the most profitable of the growth names.

4. Adjusted / non-GAAP margins:
PLTR ~62% adj. operating; CRM ~34%; NOW ~30–31.5%; CRWD ~25%.
PLTR converts incremental revenue into profit faster. That is the ultimate operating leverage, not just a growth story.

5. Cash:
PLTR Q2 cash from operations ~63% of revenue; NOW FY FCF margin guided ~35%; CRWD FCF margin ~25–30%; CRM FCF was solid in dollars but a much smaller percent of sales that quarter.

Quality is cash, not just bookings. PLTR is printing cash like a mature software giant while still growing like an early compounder.

6. Rule of 40:
PLTR ~155; NOW ~52–55; CRWD ~50; CRM ~45–46.
This is the simplest quality scorecard. PLTR is not “a bit better.” It is off the chart versus the other three.

7. Incremental spend:
PLTR revenue +93% vs expenses +34%.
That ratio is why the margins exploded. CRWD, NOW, and CRM are adding growth with a lot more cost attached or mostly Sales & Marketing
