@jstewartIndy @jaaaaaffff The way you're framing this is very one-sided and flawed. Greenwood and Indianapolis are heavily integrated. Greenwood and other donut counties don't exist without Indianapolis. Indianapolis should be better and could be but a policy like this would be incredibly harmful to both.
