@sulmoney@nassirghaemi Quibble as I saw it RE stims vs LiCO: you presented the best case for one w/ the worst case for the other + minimized, weighted comparison. Both can have serious adverse effects, both req mgmt. If you meant LiCO used for ADHD (which, yes, bad) that wasn't clear.
@joero3@the_other_bunny The official explanation would be in their own materials (website, interviews, social media etc).
I'm certainly not interested in wading through any of that but for that kind of answer look there.
@wantonwhoreindc@SamWalworth@AlanaKinrich Higher % for much lower total bills. Tipping 20-30% on a 2$ coffee is not exorbitant and helps people survive. Refusing to tip only harms the people screwed by the system, not those who designed and run the system.
@AlanaKinrich The 20% was right there to choose (?) + has always been a reasonable expectation. The 30-35% option is for lower totals (got a 1.50 drink? Yes pls tip 30%!) or for exceptional service.
And there's -always- a "no tip" option there or change/paper bills.

And, particularly, the Peter Thiel-led coup that kicked Musk out as CEO/Chief Strategist.
Here's how that happened. 1/๐งต

Iโve been talking about the spirit moving through our culture, using current as a metaphor. I identified the current as supremacy, defined as a belief that the comfort, opinions, and beliefs of people who matter should take preference over the lives of people who do not.
@TheRufusJackson@guyfelicella 1. Even if safe supply were only a portion of the total, fewer deaths is not "pointless". Fewer deaths is literally The Point.
2. Do you honestly believe people would choose unregulated drugs over safe supply if they had a choice?
Again, absurd.
@max_roi@VenkBellamkonda @jbullockruns Shouting this from the rooftops.

You wouldn't know it from some of these responses.
