In case you didn't know, all of the allegations of sexual misconduct, abuse, harassment, and "frat boy culture" was entirely fake and the state of California even admitted that there was no evidence substantiating any of the claims.

The ENTIRE controversy around Blizzard was setup by California to force the company to stop hiring White men using MeToo allegations to strong arm them.

Some of these accusations were so bizarre and insane that they included:
- Theft and consumption of breastmilk during work hours
- A "rape room" named after Bill Cosby
- Sexual harassment to the point of an employee ending her own life

All of these claims were essentially a theatre performance over the fact that ONLY 1-in-5 of Blizzard employees were women.

As a result, Blizzard agreed to pay roughly 18M in fines and setup HR hiring practices that would discriminate against White men.

Internal messages between California Civil Rights Divison officials showed that the entire thing was a ploy to "send a message to the industry" to literally ruin videogames.

It was SO FUCKING FAKE that Brack and Kotick literally PAID THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TO STAGE A WALK OUT.

After Blizzard capitulated and announced it would discriminate in its hiring the state walked back from a billion dollar lawsuit to a 55M settlement and announced that all the allegations were false.

Here is a perfect example of why Colin Moronarty drives me insane with his data.
He claims (correctly) that the PS3 generation is when Sony lost money, but then attributes that to Sony PlayStation not making the proper games for the audience and that the people buying these games are not the majority… when IN REALITY, the reason why the PS3 generation lost Sony money was due to the Cell Broadband Engine. Enormous R&D leading up to launch, the processors were super expensive to manufacture, and notoriously difficult for developers to program for.
Literally NOTHING to do with what games were actually being developed. It was a hardware reason, NOT software.
Compound this w/how the PS3 was one of the first mass market BluRay players on the market when at launch standalone BluRay players were upwards of $1,000 each… Sony was taking a massive hit.
This is yet again another perfect example of how this dude constantly misuses truthful data to try and prove HIS point and sound smart… but just because he says it with gusto… doesn’t make him correct.

I dont think arguing that a designer, for Bungie Halo, doesn't get Halo like you do is a winning argument.
