@thameswater were unable to install a water meter today because an engineer stood outside my house for 20minutes, and I didn't respond.
Did he ring the buzzer? no
Did he ring my mobile? no
He just stood there for TWENTY MINS & expected a door to open for him, like Aladdins cave.

When I phoned customer service I was advised that dogs would be allowed on the coach. Can anyone give me a final answer?
