That's massively disproportionate. Per capita, Black murder offending rate is 7-8x higher than White, which is consistent across FBI and BJS data for decades. Your chart hides the rate by using raw totals.

Whites are 60% of the population, so of course they have more total offenders in raw counts. FBI Table 43C you posted shows the truth: Blacks (13-14% of pop) are 51.3% of murder arrests and 50.3% of robbery.
