You shouldn't have to hide your disability in college and graduate school. Disabilities should be normalized and accepted as part of the human experience. And people should be willing to accommodate and accept them.
I regret all the unintentionally ableist things I did & said before I became disabled & learned.

It devalues disabled people.
It marginalizes disabled people.
It dehumanizes disabled people.
It is a monumental societal and interpersonal barrier.
