The status quo will be altered. Dennis Drazin & Monmouth Park will end up with sports betting in 2018. The big question is how broad will the Court’s ruling be? Limited to the partial repeal issue or will it go further?
Most likely #SCOTUS outcome in NJ sports betting case: partial repeal OK under PASPA. Such a scenario would likely "carve out an East Coast monopoly on sports betting for New Jersey until Congress changes the landscape."
