This reminds me of something my Mom did as a child. I wanted to write a report on white alligators, which are VERY endangered and our library didn’t have any information on them and the internet was in its infancy at the time so she took me to New Orleans to visit the only ones in the US so I could do my report. Best homework assignment EVER!! I’ve always wondered what happened to those guys after Katrina. If anyone knows I’d love to find out! There was only ONE female alive when I was a kiddo. I hope they’re not extinct! 🐊🙏❔❤️
