@im_tpayne I did get my 16 mile run in yesterday, but it was pretty miserable by me. High humidity, dew point. Looked like i ran a marathon by mile 3 lol.

@teacher_mom03 We had 700+ AQI a couple days ago in Chicagoland area from the Canadian fires. Today was first time close to 50 in three days. Least was good enough to get my 16 mile long run in today.
