To provide more insight on this, the frame data change was a result of the modification of the opponent's animation on block.
Currently, both d+1+2 and f+1+4 block animations have a bit of built-in pushback that cannot be removed. As a quick way to fix this, I changed the opponent's behavior on block to the regular mid blocking animation. This animation recovers quicker than the old one, giving the opponent more frames to punish.
In the case of d+1+2, I saw no issues with this change, as the move should already be launch punishable by every character, but in f+1+4's case, I understand it might have been too much, despite the move's evasive properties being strong.
I will consider reviewing and adjusting the block frames on both moves for the release version of the patch. Thanks!

One of Jun's strengths is her high combo damage.
By combining solid wall carry with one of the best wall combos in the game, she will delete your lifebar with any launcher.
The mod's combo system changes reduce wall carry, damage and combo length across the board.

@myivygrows Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the other replies, self damage is no longer a thing in this mod, so in order to balance the risk/reward on those moves, frame data on block was changed to guarantee a 13f punish.
@coxacat @EvanBoo06380658 @RandKaz51 Appreciate your take, my initial thought was to have no combo extenders, but given what you said, that might not be the best idea. I'll see how the game plays once I finish this first update, and then I'll review the combo system. Thank you!
@xSoulBurnerx This mod features the removal of several game mechanics on a global level, self damage being one of them, with the exception of Yoshimitsu (he always had this, so I think it was okay to leave it on him). So, Jun no longer does damage to herself while using Kazama Power moves.
@blackheart59_ Nope, self damage is no longer a thing as a whole (except for Yoshi, but he always had it so I think its fine), thats why I made those light moves punishable, as the reward exceeded the risk by a lot.
@blackheart59_@LinkJihu Tornado no longer works as combo extender so current cancan launch is fine. Giving it a tornado animation would allow for better followups.
All installs are gone, including Jun's ofc.
The rest is fair, I'll consider those changes for future updates, thanks for the feedback man.
@EvanBoo06380658 @RandKaz51 Currently, there are no combo extenders, so the juggle system is similar to T5 yes, with the exception of the wall combos.
I'm currently thinking of re-introducing them later, after balance changes have been implemented for all characters, but I'm unsure. What do you think?

@RandKaz51 Tornadoes as combo extenders no longer work in the mod, so that change would be a buff rather than a nerf because it would allow better followups after the cancan hits, increasing combo damage.
They said "Back to Basics", but... what are those basics exactly?
