I would like to thank both my alma maters @UCC and @uniofgalway for the wonderful education I received. Winning business person of the year from @GalwayChamber demonstrates not only the value of chefs to our society but also that the meaning of being a chef is much broader than we imagine. Chefs are not just one thing. We are multifaceted. Cooking is a cultural act.
Excited to be launching the Vibrant Veg cookbook tonight! Working with @metabomarkers and the public over the last few months has resulted in the creation of this fabulous science backed cookbook promoting great food, seasonality, health& low food waste. What more could you want?
