@FixingEducation I worked in one district where the contract had language to the effect that everyone has the right to a schedule, but it would be necessary to work outside contract hours to get the job done.
@FixingEducation Contact hours are a little more than seven hours a day with a lunch. What other job is only seven hours a day with summers off? Isn’t it reasonable to spend at least eight hours a day doing such an important job?
