🧠 The Cardano economy deserves tools. NOT just opinions. “Token Engineering: Modelling & Simulating Economic Systems” will build a digital twin to stress-test CIPs before they hit our chain. ✅ Vote YES

Check out our Fund 14 proposal:
Creating a "Digital Twin" of Cardano's economy. A simulator lets the community model proposed economic changes, transforming governance from opinion-based debate to evidence-based analysis.
Principles first communities are building on Cardano. They don’t get involved in FUD or the FOMO on memes, hypecycles, engagement or yield farming. Head down doing needs led R&D. Not compromising. Bringing economic identity and systems engineered to be incorruptible and upgradable to those asking for it.
Tokenomics is the economic engine of Cardano—shaping adoption, participation, and trust. As part of the Cardano Vision program, Input | Output Research has outlined three key research streams under the Tokenomics research area:
1️⃣ Tokenomics design
2️⃣ Rewards & fees
3️⃣ Stablecoins
Together, they aim to build a resilient, decentralized, and growth-ready economic foundation. As Paolo Penna explains, the token economy is shaped by validator incentives, the expanding system of partner chains and on-chain governance, and the dynamic feedback loop of ada’s market price.
To navigate this complexity, he called for integrated models that treat Cardano as a living economy—one where incentives, adoption, and governance co-evolve in real time.

1/12 🔥 Cardano R&D Session - Tokenomics
Just dropped out of the latest @InputOutputHK R&D session on tokenomics and there's some alpha hiding in plain sight.
Most people are sleeping on what's being built here.
@InputOutputHK There is a discrepancy in start time. Sign-up email says 3-4pm UK time (i.e. 2pm UTC), this post says 4pm UTC. Please clarify @InputOutputHK
Many small, high-trust teams connected to each other form a highly functional network.
Forming the basis for a flourishing digital economy. 🌻

They dynamically change token supply based on market demand & can also account for the inevitable risks that arise in any project.

Bonding curves have an untapped potential.
They can be used to bootstrap liquidity, stabilise price, achieve specific fundraising targets, & so much more! 🎯

This can be used to make decisions more effectively in a decentralised & distributed world.
As opposed to having a plethora of discussions over countless meetings. 👎🏻

Emergent behaviour and feedback loops are practically impossible to spot without modelling & simulation.

Building robust digital economies requires an engineer's mindset. 👷🏽♀️
When a lot is at stake & there are many moving parts, validating our design choices before building helps (a lot).

Well designed markets foster collaboration & trust.
👇🏼 By lowering transaction costs, they:
- Incentivise participation
- Aggregate preferences
- Enable more effective decision-making
