If anyone can prove that America did not used to be called Vinland can you let me know?
Then prove that Vinland actually used to be named Winneland. Hence all of the 'Winne' prefix words in America.
Can you prove me wrong?
I sort of want to be proven wrong on this, if it's possible.
Seems like a massive burden TBH.
If America was called Winneland before, why was it changed to America?
How much of the word America is related to Christoper Columbus?
#OTD in 1959, Submarine Voyage opened at Disneyland. The "subs" were built with advice from General Dynamics' Electric Boat Division and named for actual Navy subs. Walt boasted he had the 8th largest sub fleet in the world. During the 1950's and 60's guests could even see "live mermaids" swimming in the lagoon around the subs. #SubmarineSunday
Happy Birthday, President Trump!
Thank you for never backing down, never quitting, and always putting America first. Your strength, determination, and love for this country have inspired millions of Americans.
Wishing you good health, happiness, and many more years of success.
Happy Birthday, Mr. President.
You’ve changed. 💫
The version of you that used to get pulled into every drama - whether personal or playing out on the world stage - no longer exists.
You now know how to regulate your nervous system.
You know how to step back and observe.
You know how to let clarity return before you move.
So when the chaos screams for your attention…
Don’t give it.
Take one breath.
Become the witness.
Then do what you came here to do.
That’s it.
That’s the whole game now. 💫🔥
Can you imagine being so honor bound and selfless that you would willingly guarantee another’s freedom at any cost, even the cost of your own life?
Thank a Veteran
