Hey 👋 We're sorry to hear that. Are you using a VPN for safe browsing? You may need to uninstall the VPN to be able to use the app normally or delete the app and download it again. If you're using a mobile phone, please switch off Wi-Fi and use mobile data instead. Please also clear your browser history and cookies in Chrome, use Chrome in Incognito mode, and log back in after clearing everything. As a last resort, restart your phone and try again. If the issue continues after trying these steps, please check your direct messages so we can take a closer look. -EG
