@Discovery_SA You're call centre agents are truly the rudest people ever. You can do a lot to learn from other companies like @OUTsurance who actually care about their customers. Perhaps spend some time training your staff on phone etiquette and how they speak to customers.

@CheckersSA Great 60-minute delivery solution. However the 60-minute 'shoppers' are really rude and pushes through and over customers in store to collect all the ordered goods. Surely they should at least be mindful of actual shoppers? #HowToLoseACustomer
