@sonderplaya@blockworks@JasonYanowitz@okx@Permissionless Okx has been around since 2017 and was at some point even the biggest derivates exchange in the world. Even when Ftx was stil there Okx was depending on the day either the third or second largest exchange.
@Iacopini4@Davincij15 Risky platform? They are around since 2014, are still there and Okx is the second biggest Exchange in the world. Also they provided PoR.
@Babydoge_8889 @shortsqueezee@piti01053492@okx@alibaba_cloud This happened so many times in the last years to Bitfinex, Binance and pretty much every other exchange so stop the fud.
@BattleJeff1@joeblack0007@WhaleChart Huobi has less than 60% of clean reserves so it is way more likely that they face a insolvency/bankruptcy than Okx facing a insolvency/bankruptcy.
@BattleJeff1@joeblack0007@WhaleChart And I would argue that the bankruptcy of Okx is compared to other exchanges unlikely as Okx has 100% clean reserves (I know that they have an exchange token which is not included in the PoR) and more than 6 Billion dollars worth of verified assets.
@BattleJeff1@joeblack0007@WhaleChart No, of course I don't trust Jack Ma but neither do I trust anybody in the crypto space. However I believe that it the fud is unnecessary, as it is just a cloud problem which has also happened in 2021.
@HighStakesCap@cobie@im_goomba@coinmamba Bybit has good liquidity but Okx is better as there is more liquidity (second biggest exchange in the world regarding volume and OI) and you don't have a max order size like on Bybit.
@AlgodTrading Nonsense. Mt Gox was way worse than Ftx.
But I think SBF, the second worst person to ever enter crypto, and Ftx set the industry back one or two years.
