Philemon 1:4 I always thank My God as I remember you in my prayers...this is more than a scripture sentiment as it has the potential to join us together in a world often torn apart. Pray for one another. @SalvArmyIHQ

2 Cor 12 was my reading this AM. Ordinarily I’m so swept up by the portion on the 3rd heaven & Paul’s thorn & God’s power perfected in weakness, I miss the beauty in the rest of the chapter but this also captivated me today:
“I will most gladly spend & be spent for you.” (V.15)

And here’s a huge one. Probably the biggest one: are we puffed up with pride? Are our lives, attitudes, ways of conducting ourselves & relating to others full of arrogance? Are our noses high? Do we lack humility? Humpty Dumpty’s about to have a great fall. Climb down post haste.
As we analyze our lives for duplicity, it would be very unwise for us to think only in terms of sexual sins. Are we stealing from our companies, our churches or non profits if we’re in ministry, the government, etc? Are we mishandling funds? Are we mishandling our authority?
Fellow leaders, let me speak specifically to you because Jesus is going for us. None of us will get away with duplicity. If you have secret sin in your life, don’t mess around thinking one day you’ll deal with it. Deal with it now. Repent & seek the power of Jesus to clean it up.
Man, I’m about to sound old school. I’m unnerved at how relentlessly Jesus is bringing purifying fires to His church. The purpose is glory but the process is going to get gory. This era will be marked by secrets manifesting. What we don’t fish up & clean up is going to float up.
