Today, we're proud to announce the Novaworks, Inc. Advisory Board — a group of CHROs, HR transformation leaders, enterprise CIOs, and ServiceNow veterans who've led large-scale workforce transformations from the inside.
This is a big step toward to accelerating the future of Total Workforce Management.
We built Novaworks, Inc. to close the gap between how work actually happens today and the systems designed to support it. To do that well, we needed advisors who've sat in the seats our customers sit in.
The board is structured to mirror how our customers operate: a Practitioner Advisory Board focused on HR strategy and workforce operations, and a Technical Advisory Board focused on product architecture and enterprise systems.
We are grateful to each of them for lending us their expertise. I especially want to shout out to our Chair, Tiffani Murray, Head of Digital HR Strategy at LinkedIn, for leading this group with such clarity and purpose.
