tnAchieves welcomes Herbert Brown, Community and Citizen Director at Turner Construction Company, the firm building Nashville’s new Tennessee Titans stadium, to discuss workforce development, student opportunity and the power of community partnerships.

Herbert shares how Turner is investing in the people behind major projects through Titans Construction Training Camp, K–12 art competitions and student job shadow experiences, while encouraging students to connect early, build soft skills and recognize the real opportunities being built around them.

Students received one-on-one support to create or review their resumes. Every student who attended was previously unaware of the campus Career Services, and all left with their own resume or an appointment to continue working on one!
